30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund

- Game is not eligible for return if it shows signs of abuse.
- Guarantee only applies to products purchased on www.inshapesports.com
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

- Contact us at mike@inshapesports.com to request a return merchandise authorization and instructions for returning the product.

- In the case of a suspected product defect contact us at mike@inshapesports.com and attach a photo of the product defect.
- If product defect is confirmed the customer will receive a replacement product or a replacement product component at no charge. Customer may be asked to return the product, and in these cases the customer will be supplied with a return shipping label at no charge.
Sale Items
- If an individual product is returned that was part of a discounted package consisting of multiple products, a pro-rated price of the returned product will be calculated based on the package's total msrp and refunded to the customer.
