- In the case of a suspected product defect contact us at inshapegolf@gmail.com and attach a photo of the product defect.
- If product defect is confirmed the customer will receive a replacement product or a replacement product component at no charge. Customer may be asked to return the product, and in these cases the customer will be supplied with a return shipping label at no charge.

- If an individual product is returned that was part of a discounted package consisting of multiple products, a pro-rated price of the returned product will be calculated based on the package's total msrp and refunded to the customer.
